At first I planned to make regular pumpkin pancakes, but saw that I still had chocolate, and decided to combine. It turned out incredibly delicious. Pumpkin + chocolate will not leave you indifferent.

Cooking
Tukufu cut into cubes and cover with water. Cook until softened.
Drain the water and mash these to a pumpkin.
Add the chocolate and mix well. Cool.
Add the eggs, sugar and salt, mix well.
Add milk and vegetable oil.
The batter should be like thick cream.
Spread the dough with a spoon on a heated pan with vegetable oil.
And fry both sides until Golden brown.
