Bean soup with cheese dumplings
Simple but very delicious soup for 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    1.2 l

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    30 g

Cooking

Cut onion finely, carrot RUB on a coarse grater. Cheese finely rubbed.

From eggs, cheese and flour and knead thick dough. Can a little salt. I'm not salted, because the cheese was spicy.

In the boiling broth omit the spices, onions, carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add kidney beans.

Once the soup is boiling, start with a teaspoon to drop the dumplings.

Add chopped tomatoes...

... and greens. I have dried dill. After 3 minutes the soup is ready.
