Liver in orange and lemon marinade
Want a delicious, soft liver, with a delicate aroma of lemon and mild taste of orange? No problem! Especially with cooking! Please - look - cook together!

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    300 ml

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 g

  • Spices

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    100 g

  • Balsamic

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

For cooking I took soy sauce "Kikkoman"

The liver is cut into portion pieces

Zapravlyaem it with juice of lemons

Add pinch of soda, mix well and set aside for 15 minutes

Then press out the juice of an orange

Add balsamic vinegar and soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Cut the onion into half rings

Connected with the liver and leave for an hour for marinating

After an hour add the liver, salt, spices, sugar and fry the liver with onions in olive oil in the pan for 10-15 minutes
