Mini-julienne oatmeal with potatoes and liver
This is a very tasty, tender and delicious. Liver and potatoes with oatmeal-sour cream filling under a cheese crust!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

Cooking

Pour the cereal with boiling water and allow to swell (2-3 minutes).

Add sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir.

In ramekins put potatoes, cut into small cubes (if you chop coarsely - do not get baked). Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle 1 tsp. of sour cream.

On top of potatoes, place diced chicken liver. Season with salt and pepper.

On the liver to put oatmeal. Flatten.

Put slices of tomato and

sprinkle with grated on a coarse grater cheese.

Bake at 170*C for 7-10 minutes.

Before serving, turn over onto a plate.
