Paella
I must admit I love dishes like paella! So I couldn't resist and decided to share another version of paella! The second variant is easier from meat it's only chicken breast and lots of veggies! Turns out juicy and spicy dish! Cook it in a big pan and serve!

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    1 can

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken breast

    500 g

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Turmeric

Cooking

Chicken breast cut into cubes and fry in a hot pan in olive oil until Golden brown. Add the diced sweet pepper, chopped chili pepper (remove the seeds to avoid very spicy) and garlic, finely diced onion. Add sliced thin slices of zucchini and green peas. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes with their juice and simmer until the liquid has evaporated by half.
