Stuffed Turkey hearts
This dish from chef Felix Bogaevskogo. My family liked it, I hope you will like.

Ingredients

  • Heart

    1 kg

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Minced Turkey

    100 g

  • Onion

    1.5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Broth

    1.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts
