Original serving vegetable dishes. Useful, lean, beautiful, delicious... And after fasting and sour cream, then even better!!! Even children will be interested in this presentation.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Pumpkin

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

Potatoes cut into small "cubes" (to cook faster). Meanwhile, lightly fry thin slices of pumpkin, just a little bit to become soft.

Broccoli florets cut into two parts. Put in molds: leaves of parchment (so easier to get them to be), in the middle of each cake put a piece of pumpkin and two opposite sides cupcakes on the same plate of pumpkin, with the other two parties for future cupcakes put half of broccoli (edge press).

The potatoes are already cooked, to make it a puree. Within each of the resulting basket-cake pan spread mashed potatoes.

Put molds in the oven at 190* for 30 minutes.

You can eat both hot and hladnom form.
