Mushroom soup
And so I make a winter mushroom soup. Winter because of the dried mushrooms and calories. But tasty...!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Butter

    8 Tbsp

  • Pearl barley

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    2 l

  • Mushrooms

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Salt

Cooking

Dried mushrooms pour 0.5 liters of water, bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes. Allow to cool in the broth.

Pearl barley wash, pour 1.5 liters of water, bring to the boil and boil, adding 3 tbsp. butter, over low heat about 1 hour. Stirring occasionally.

While the barley is cooking, boiled mushrooms, drain (broth not pour!), finely slice.

Onion chop and fry in 2 tbsp butter.

An hour after the start of cooking barley to drop into a pan of chopped cubes of potatoes.

When the potato is cooked (to taste, approximately 15 minutes), add mushroom soup, mushrooms, fried onions, remaining 3 tbsp oil, sour cream, salt. Bring to a boil. Serve with sour cream.
