A cake of aubergine with nuts
Very juicy, flavorful, delicious vegetable cake! With garlic, walnuts, tomatoes and herbs.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    7 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Eggplant cut into thin rings. Lightly salt them and leave for 20 minutes.

Fry the eggplant in vegetable oil.

Nuts and garlic grind in a blender.

Finely chop the greens (I had parsley, dill and cilantro).

To add to the greenery of chopped nuts with garlic, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Lightly salt and pepper.
