Prepare stuffing, add one egg, whip the onion finely, sprinkle with salt, season with salt and pepper.
Now take the wafer slice, put on a little meat and cover top with another circle.
Now the batter: break a few eggs. Mix them with flour and a small amount of water. Stir well to avoid lumps. Heat the oil in a skillet.
Dip cutlets in batter and fry from both sides.
