For those who want to celebrate the New year delicious, but it does not harm the figure and health, I suggest this recipe. Chicken fillet stuffed with bulgur, bacon and cranberries, baked in the oven - it's delicious, festive and dieting!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Bulgur

    100 g

  • Red onion

    100 g

  • Bacon

    20 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Cranberries

    40 g

For the filling I used wheat barley bulgur TM "Mistral". Boil it until tender according to package instructions

Heat the oil in a pan and lightly fry the bacon with onions until transparent

Mix the bulgur with fried onions and bacon, add the cranberries (can be frozen) and soy sauce. Stir and set aside aside. I salt was not added, because soy sauce is salty enough
