Original pizza stuffed with smoked fish and apples (from the book "the Best pizza recipes")

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yeast

1. Yeast rice in a bowl, mix with sugar and dissolve in warm mixture of milk and water. Cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes. Sift flour with salt, add 50 g of vegetable oil, egg and risen yeast. Knead the dough, pagpalit flour, cover with a towel and let rise for increasing test two.

6. Cream cheese and Parmesan cheese to RUB on a grater and evenly sprinkle the apples. To drip in several places with sour cream. Bake in a preheated 220S the oven for about 25-30 minutes. The second part of the test can be prepared with other fillings.
