Description
I beef liver is not very much, but I caught it in my hands, it was necessary to prepare, that's why felt like. It turned out surprisingly (to me, at first) interesting and spicy flavor.

Cooking
Chop the liver small plates.
Scrape the carrots and cut into long strips.
Onion cut into half rings.
Pepper - also strips. I had red and green, it came out bright!
Liver fry in vegetable oil without smell until soft.
Add carrot, onion and pepper.
Fry it all together. While roasting, chop the celery too long strips.
5 minutes until cooked add celery,
Soy sauce and sprinkle it all with sesame seeds.
Garnish, in my opinion, not needed here, as quite a lot of vegetables that and will be a perfect side dish to pechenezke. BON APPETIT!!!
