Beef liver with vegetables and sesame seeds
I beef liver is not very much, but I caught it in my hands, it was necessary to prepare, that's why felt like. It turned out surprisingly (to me, at first) interesting and spicy flavor.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    3 piece

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Chop the liver small plates.

Scrape the carrots and cut into long strips.

Pepper - also strips. I had red and green, it came out bright!

Liver fry in vegetable oil without smell until soft.

Add carrot, onion and pepper.

Fry it all together. While roasting, chop the celery too long strips.

Soy sauce and sprinkle it all with sesame seeds.
