Simple, quick and very tasty. Tender juicy burgers, you can do it with any toppings - mushrooms, cheese, and butter, prunes.

Cooking
Add to the minced semolina, salt to taste, mix well
Beats the stuffing, throwing it on a hard surface of the desktop and give it brew for 20 minutes
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Wash and pour boiling water over prunes
After 5 minutes take out of water and cut with scissors into small pieces (can be a knife, but the scissors turned out to be much easier)
Wet hands formed a round pellet with thickness of 1-1,5 cm and diameter 7-8cm in the middle put 1-2 teaspoons of the filling, connect the edges
Roll in breadcrumbs (I didn't have breadcrumbs, roll in the same semolina)
Put in a greased container for baking and put in oven
When the cutlets begin to brown, put on top a piece of butter and leave for a few minutes. If desired you can also sprinkle with grated cheese (the oils you can even bigger :))
Take it out and enjoy! PS Made these burgers the first time, next time I will put a little less than prunes (although I, lover of prunes - OK :)) and maybe the inside of the butter. I think it will be even better :)
By the way, I don't have enough space even for 3 cakes, and I removed them safely in the freezer
