A series of recipes Bratских feet updated. Today I made drumsticks with Chinese mushrooms of shii-take. Once bought dried mushrooms of shii-take, soaked them and was surprised - I would have never thought that mushrooms can smell like! Dried mushrooms almost no smell, and the soaked... or as spicy smell them you will not name!

Cooking
Not less than two hours before cooking, soak in small amount of salted water a handful of dried mushrooms of shii-take (I left them small, so I'm greedy).
Begin to prepare: soak in warm water small pinch of saffron.
Removed from the Shin bone, cut onion and mushrooms.
Fry the onion with mushrooms, add salt to the stuffing.
Add the finely chopped parsley.
Add the saffron honey (I put full heaped teaspoon - do not like very sweet meat, can put more) and just darken it with soy sauce, stir thoroughly to dissolve honey.
Bathe drumsticks in sauce, fill with filling, salt, pepper, sprinkle with crushed dried ginger and other spices to taste, roast in the oven or in a frying pan or the convection oven. If the sauce is still excellent. It can lubricate semi-tibia again.
