Crispy chicken wings with sauce
Delicious crispy wings, which are impossible to put down.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings

    0.8 kg

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tsp

  • Tabasco

    0.5 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Cereal bread

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Wine white sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

  • Chili

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

First prepare the marinade. For this mix the soy sauce (I use sauce TM Kikkoman), ginger, garlic, sugar, hot sauce, Tabasco (if you do not like spicy, reduce the amount or replace the black ground pepper).

Wings cut at the joints, the tips can't use. Pour our marinade on the wings.

Mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for 30 minutes or longer.

Chicken wings take out of the marinade and put in a bowl of lightly beaten eggs. Stir.

Rice cereal vsypaem in a deep small bowl and dip our wings.

Breaded wings spread on a Board and leave for 15 minutes to allow the breading stuck better.

In a saucepan heat the oil or fat for deep frying. Fry the wings on medium heat, first on one side. When one side is Golden, turn over and fry the other side. Fried wings place on a paper towel, to be freed from excess fat.

The wings are ready, serve and serve with sauce. For the sauce mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, Mirin, add a few hot pepper rings and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
