Description
Pancakes can be prepared not only from raw potatoes. For their home I cook these pancakes: add pumpkin and boiled millet. It turns out hearty and delicious!

Cooking
Clean vegetables. Millet is cooked in the bag until ready, cool. Pumpkin and potatoes RUB on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the onion and add, stir.
Add a raw egg. Add salt to taste, and pour the ginger. Stir.
Pour cornmeal. Stir until smooth.
Heated olive oil. Fry pancakes with two sides until Golden brown.
