Portioned casserole
Wanted to please her beloved husband Julien. For satiety ventured to add millet. Turned out very tasty dish: casserole-julienne.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    1 pack

  • Mushrooms

    1 handful

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Spices

  • Milk

    50 ml

Cooking

Boil one bag of millet Mistral in salt water. Boil a chicken breast.

Wash the mushrooms, soak and boil in salted water.

Onions finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

To the onions add chopped boiled mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.

Boiled chicken breast cut into large cubes. To send to the mushrooms.

To add millet.

Add pepper, salt. Add the saffron

And sweet paprika.

Turn off the heat, add sour cream and milk. Mix well.

Lay on the cocotte (I got 7 servings).

Sprinkle with grated cheese. If desired, garnish with cherry tomatoes. Bake in a preheated 220 gr. the oven. Until Golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
