I came across one on this original from my point of view the recipe on the Internet... surprised nothing have not heard about barley in the meatballs))) we love Barley, but there is also an interesting mix of fish and squid, and carrots with onions... Cooked and was not at all disappointed... rather was fascinated by these simple meatballs))) Now I share wholeheartedly with those who might find this of interest! Cooking

Add the pepper and powder, salt, tomato paste, stir and stew for 5 minutes.
Molded meatballs. I make large, optionally, smaller.
To breaded meatballs, put them in a form, add 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil and send in a preheated 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. You want the meatballs slightly flushed.
To put on meatballs steamed vegetables and return to the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Be guided by your oven!
