Cut onion into rings.
Rabbit meat cut into large chunks.
Onion mash with your hands so of it went to juice. Meat and salt to taste. Add the meat spices and the chopped onion. Mix well. We left the meat to marinate overnight. But if time is short, the marinating time can be shortened. Two hours will be enough.
In the morning, to the meat add 0.5 liters of yogurt and mix well. And leave it to marinate for another 3 hours. The amount of yogurt can be increased, then the meat will be more juicy.
Spread the meat on the grill for frying and fry on the grill for 30-40 minutes. It all depends on the size of the pieces.
