Quick cake with plums.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Margarine

    5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flour

  • Drain

    8 piece

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

Knead the dough.

Roll out the dough and put in greased form, from above to lay out the plum slices and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Bake in a well heated oven for 25 minutes at 200C until Golden brown. The cake is ready, sprinkle with sugar or icing sugar. Enjoy your tea!
