Cooking
Prepare the vegetables and herbs. To wash and dry. Peel the onion. Pepper and coriander to pound in a mortar.
In a saucepan mix soy sauce, oil. I use the teriyaki sauce marinade Teriyaki TM Kikkoman. (If You're using regular soy sauce, add a pinch of sugar and faint vinegar - a few drops). Chop the greens and mix.
Dice vegetables into pieces approximately the same size, 4 to 5 cm.. Strung on skewers ( easier to do on double skewers).
Bake vegetables on the gray coals. Eggplant for 3 minutes on each side, the Peppers and onions for 5 minutes - 7.
First remove the from the grill the eggplant and, immediately, hot sauce. To taste sprinkle with pepper and coriander.
Ready peppers and onions immediately cover with the sauce. Give a couple minutes to stand up.
