Rice canning meatballs with cereals
If you have the evening had rice porridge or pilaf without meat (as usual :D ), it is possible to make a tasty and quick patties-meatballs for Breakfast. The flakes in this dish plays the role of nutrient and binders.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Flakes cereal

    2 Tbsp

  • Bran

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Put in a Cup of rice (yesterday's porridge, pilaf, without meat or just in the evening cooked rice). I have, as you can see, vegetable pilaf.

Break the rice balls

and mix well.

Open a jar of canned food and

pour the contents together with the liquid in a bowl of rice. Thoroughly mash the fish with a fork and stir.

Add cereal, salt, pepper, stir. Put the frying pan on fire and pour oil.

In a separate plate pour oat bran - this is our breading.

The oil will burn. Fry the meatballs on one side over medium heat. Overturn, fasten the fire and cover it - so we fry the second side.
