Description
This is one of the many variants of the fish cutlets. Crispy on top and tender, juicy flesh inside, with a hint of melted cheese. Simple and easy.

Cooking
Fish fillet grind. Add salt, spices, fish, egg and soaked in milk loaf. It is kneaded. Hard cheese cut into cubes about 1*1cm.
Of minced meat formed balls about the size of a ball for table tennis. Inside lay a cube of cheese.
Coat the balls in breadcrumbs. Fry balls in deep fat. If there is not a fryer (like me), in a saucepan pour vegetable oil (I have 1.5 cups) well-heat oil and on low heat fry the balls in about 3-4 minutes, not more. They must be completely covered with oil.
Take out with a slotted spoon and spread on a cloth to get rid of excess oil. If there is no time to leave it.
Here's how they look from the inside.
If you have 5 minutes, you can do so. Using a pastry bag or syringe and processed cheese "Yantar".
And if you have 10 minutes, so that's something. And then we live up to our name. BON APPETIT! Help yourself!
