Cooking
For pancakes: in warm milk dissolve sugar and salt. Add the eggs, sunflower oil, mix well. Flour mixed with baking powder and small portions add to the batter. Mix well to avoid lumps.
Bake pancakes on a heated pan greased with a thin layer of sunflower oil. Ready pancakes to put aside.
For the sauce: grind peanuts into flour.
Mix the milk, condensed milk and sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat, boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, cool slightly and add in a thin stream to the peanut flour. Good permert, not to leave lumps.
Serve pancakes to the table with sauce. Bon appetit!
