Banana pancakes
Recipe of pancakes with bananas on the website is. But the highlight of my not very filling (we just don't exactly breathe to bananas), and in the test. It is airy and delicate. These pancakes rise very well, and most importantly - not a "sit down&am p;quot; in a minute after removing them from the pan. So, try with bananas, and then resorts to fantasy: blueberries, apples, chocolate chips...

Ingredients

    300 ml

  • Flour

First you need to melt and cool the butter.

Eggs thoroughly beaten with sugar in blender or whisk.

Mix warm buttermilk, butter and beaten eggs.

Bananas peel and cut into cubes. I do not grind into a puree, as I like that the pieces of bananas "felt" in the pancakes.

Gently mix bananas with yogurt-egg mixture.

Separately sift flour, add baking powder and salt. Heat sunflower oil in a wide saucepan.

And now the most important step! Gently but quickly combine and stir the dry mixture into the wet. But not more than 30 seconds. as this depends on the rise our pancakes. The way you are not confused with small lumps in the dough. Don't be tempted to stir it. Spread the batter by tablespoon into the pan and cover it. The sooner it is there will be better.

Fry for 2 minutes on both sides. After turning the lid cover is not required. And most importantly, after the first 2 minutes, start to enjoy the unique banana flavor!
