Description
Long thought, how to cook pork sold in stores as "Pork for roasting". Usually the piece is not too young pigs, to cook/to stew/to roast that have a very long time. Please, really, bake - put all in a pan and do your thing :) So about this dish was cooked in 20 minutes of preparatory work and 50 baking. And the smell in the apartment was really DELIGHTFUL!!!

Cooking
Pork wash, cut into medium-sized pieces. Saute under cover in a small amount of vegetable oil about 10 minutes.
Large onion cut sometime not small (half-ring, etc.), and fry until soft.
Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences, to boil. I like very Thrifty housewife, and even small stumps cut :) I Think frozen broccoli is perfect not worse, only to boil is not worth it.
Celery stalks (I took a 1.5 PC, as they were very large) cut lengthwise (if necessary) and forwards. Very finely do not, and then "dissolve" then.
In casserole dish put fried meat (mine turned out more like stew).
Then onion, broccoli and celery. Sprinkle with salt and stir.
In half glass of water add 3-4 tablespoons of tomato sauce. I had Berezovsky Satsebeli. Stir, pour this solution meat with vegetables.
Cover with foil and put in a preheated 180-190 degrees oven. Bake for 45 minutes - 50.
