Chicken with rice in a spicy marinade
Chicken and rice-all the usual and very tasty combination. This recipe I like the fact that is cooked all in one pan. The rice is soaked with a marinade and it turns out very tasty and juicy.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Figure

    1.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    2 Tbsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Cilantro

    3 Tbsp

  • Mint

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Water

    1.5 cup

In a bowl, combine yogurt, salt, curry, grated ginger and garlic, chopped fresh herbs.

Chicken fillet cut into pieces approximately 1*1 cm, pour the marinade and leave for 15 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and fry until transparent in vegetable oil. Add rice and fry, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.

Add to rice chicken with marinade and water. Bring to boil and simmer on low heat under a lid until the rice is tender. If necessary, top up with water.
