And if easier - pasta bows with tomato-mushroom sauce. This is a very tasty, hearty, simple and some particularly autumn treat. Quite an unusual combination of mushrooms and tomatoes becomes the perfect.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Onion finely chopped, pepper - small cubes. Grind the garlic.

Mushrooms cut into slices, put out under kryshkoi to evaporation of the liquid. Tomatoes pour over boiling water, remove the skins, cut into cubes.

Oil (I used sunflower oil with olive TM "IDEAL") browned onions.

Add tomatoes and pepper and Basil and saute for 7-10 minutes.

Put vegetables to the mushrooms, cook together for another 5 minutes, add the garlic, salt and pepper to taste (I recommend a little sprinkle of sugar). To turn off the heating and close the lid for 5 minutes.

Macaroni sprinkle cheese in the center of the plate to the sauce (if too thick, you can add a little liquid from the pasta). Garnish with greens and deferred slices of mushroom - they can be cooked in the microwave (1 minute). Bon appetit and good autumn!
