The rice with ghee in the Indian
I offer the option of cooking rice, Indian-style: with cashews, raisins and ghee.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Melted butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Cashews

  • Raisins

Cooking

Melt in a frying pan on medium heat 2 tbsp ghee. Add the Bay leaf, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Warm up for 2 minutes. Onions finely crumble and fry until Golden brown (a few strips of onions, leave for decoration).

For cooking good rice basmati Mistral Gold.

Add to the pan the rice and sauté it for 5 minutes.

Pour into the pan of boiling water and add salt to taste. Cover skillet and cook over low heat until the rice is tender.

Melt in a pan with 1 tbsp ghee and fry the raisins and cashews it will turn brown. Aside from the frying pan ready with nuts and raisins in the same oil, brown the remaining onions.
