Soak purchase ( dry) lasagna sheets in water for 20-30 minutes. If the tomatoes are not canned, to remove them from the skin and finely chop (you can in a meat grinder, but you can with a knife). 750 gr. Soft (grains)cheese and 3 eggs mix in separate bowl.
500 gr. hard cheeses (Parmesan+Dutch) grate and mix.
400 gr. Crush the ricotta with a fork.
In a baking pan lay out and spread 3-5 tablespoons (but can be slightly more) of crushed tomatoes. On them place a layer of lasagna sheets (pre-soaked), so that the leaves covered the entire form.
Upstairs lay another 3-5 tablespoons of tomatoes.
On tomatoes to lay out the first third of the soft cheese mixed with eggs, and it is 1/2 of a mixture of hard cheeses.
Spread another layer of lasagne, 3-5CT. tablespoons of tomatoes, the second third of the soft cheese with eggs and half of the ricotta.
Spread the last layer of lasagne, 3-5 tablespoons of tomatoes, the last third of the soft cheese with eggs, remaining half of ricotta. Mix cream and egg and pour this lasagna.
Bake 40 minutes (until it will turn brown) in the preheated to 180°C oven. All! Eat on health! By the way, the next day lasagna is even better.
