Soak purchase ( dry) lasagna sheets in water for 20-30 minutes. If the tomatoes are not canned, to remove them from the skin and finely chop (you can in a meat grinder, but you can with a knife). 750 gr. Soft (grains)cheese and 3 eggs mix in separate bowl.

500 gr. hard cheeses (Parmesan+Dutch) grate and mix.

400 gr. Crush the ricotta with a fork.

In a baking pan lay out and spread 3-5 tablespoons (but can be slightly more) of crushed tomatoes. On them place a layer of lasagna sheets (pre-soaked), so that the leaves covered the entire form.
