Vegetable stew with rabbit
Delicious, quite a diet dish... it cooks fast, even faster disappears from the table.

Ingredients

  • Fillet

    500 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Celery root

  • Potatoes

  • Leeks

    2 piece

  • Greens

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Wash vegetables and clean.

Carrots and celery slice into strips, eggplant and zucchini cut into large cubes, chop leek polyolefine, cut the potatoes into random.

Carrots and celery fry until soft. If you are using onions, then fry him, too.

Boil potatoes until soft.

Cut the meat into cubes and fry,

Put into a deep sauté the carrots and celery and roasted meat.

Add all the vegetables, except the leeks, pour in some water or broth, season with salt and pepper and leave to stew on low heat under the lid.

Sour cream mixed with flour to avoid lumps.

A bit dilute with water or broth

And pour into a saucepan. Stir and simmer until the vegetables are tender.

For a few minutes until cooked add the leeks, stir and saute a little more. At the end add greens to taste.
