Chicken breast baked with rice and vegetables
Chicken breast in a Golden breading, baked with aromatic basmati rice and vegetables - simple cooking of ordinary products available in the Arsenal of every housewife, while not time consuming... it's simple, fast, and it turns out delicious dish for the whole family with children or for friends! The rice turns out very crumbly and flavorful, the brisket is tender, not dry - try and evaluate the taste!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Figure

    1.5 cup

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Leeks

  • Salt

Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Chicken breast rinse, can be separated from bones and skin, I didn't like that.

Cut the breast portions.

The breadcrumbs mixed with salt, paprika and nutmeg.

Good roll in mixture of breast and fry in a hot pan with oil on both sides until Golden brown.

In a baking dish and pour the rice.

Add water, salt to taste. Put in the rice the breast, coarsely chopped tomato and onion, the cloves of garlic and leeks (or favorite herbs). Add the allspice.

Cook 15-20 minutes in the oven, once the rice will absorb all the water - ready!

Remove, cover and allow to stand under it for 5 minutes.
