Puff banana smoothie with kiwi
Delicious, nutritious and healthy smoothies. Try it! And you will definitely get a charge of vivacity and good mood!

Ingredients

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Kiwi

    2 piece

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Milk

    50 ml

Cooking

Bananas cut into rings and place in the bowl of a blender. There also add honey and oatmeal.

For this recipe I picked up oat bran cereal from TM "Mistral".

Whisk until smooth. Pour into blender, natural yogurt, whisk again. Then add the milk.

Kiwi cut into rings and mix with an immersion blender to puree.

In a glass pour a layer of banana smoothies, and then with a spoon put a layer of mashed kiwi. Repeat layers. Bon appetit!
