Potato goulash with sausage
Interesting and simple recipe for potato roast, which are used instead of meat sausages, smoked or not is up to You.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Marjoram

  • Cumin

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Sausages

    150 g

  • Fat

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

Cooking

Onions and garlic peel and chop. Podcherevok cut into small pieces.

Reheat in a large saucepan 3 tbsp. butter and stew the onions. Add garlic and podcherevok and fry all together until the fat is mytopics and become crisp. I'm not brought to a crisp state, but I don't like crispy bacon.

Remove from heat, cool slightly. Add the paprika and vinegar. Pour all the broth. Season with Bay leaf, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper to taste.

Add the peeled and chopped cube potatoes and simmer the stew for about 30 minutes. If there is too much liquid, take out a few potato cubes to make mashed potatoes of them and return back to the goulash.

Sausages (I had boiled pig-beef), chop well and fry in 1 tbsp oil.

Add them to the stew shortly before the end of cooking. Serve stew, garnished with sour cream and herbs. Bon appetit!
