Bought the pink and thought what to do with it, when suddenly sister offered to make the gravy, like you did in kindergarten. Decided to recall our happy childhood :-) :-X

Cooking
The fish is cleaned of scale, remove the gills, fins, remove the innards if there are, rinse thoroughly.
From time to time remove the foam.
When boiling, add salt, add spices to taste and boil until tender.
At the same time, boil eggs,
Fish remove from broth. Dont pour the broth!!!
To separate the flesh from the bones.
Take a pan and grind back the fish.
Grate eggs and add to the minced fish.
Put on fire, bring to a boil, add salt, add spices to taste and boil for 10 minutes.
Our gravy is ready. Bon appetit!!! This gravy is perfect mashed potatoes ;-);-);-)
