Cooking

step-0
Products for stuffing pancakes:
step-1
Cook the buckwheat according to the directions on the package. Onions, mushrooms and squid, cut into small dice. Prepared foods alternately fry in sunflower oil, salt, pepper.
step-2
Ready mix buckwheat with fried onions, calamari and mushrooms.
step-3
PANCAKES: IN a tall bowl (saucepan) stir in the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, pour in the water. Blend the mixture with a submersible blender (batter will be smooth without any residual flour lumps). Let the dough stand at room temperature, 15-30 minutes, pour in the dough vegetable oil, stir. Apacite thin pancakes. Ready pancakes turn out fragile. So when screwing in the filling, they are not "broke", cover "stack" of pancakes with cling film.
step-4
After a while, pancakes "lose" their fragility, and you can easily wrap the filling in them.
step-5
Stuffed pancakes fry on both sides in sunflower oil.
step-6
Serve warm, with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!!!
