Cooking
Boiled beets grate on a fine grater.
Add the chopped garlic to the beets. Garlic optionally you can add more. Or replace the garlic with hot pepper.
Add grated on a coarse grater egg. Mix well.
Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise or sour cream. Mix well.
To make pancakes with the addition of sunflower oil (I have oil TM Oleyna).
Wrap the beetroot stuffing in the pancakes.
Turn the pancake rolls. Such a savoury snack, in pancakes can be served straight to the table.
