Ingredients

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    280 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    8 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    0.333 tsp

Cooking

To prepare the dough for pancakes from milk, eggs, sugar, salt, baking powder and flour. In the end, add to the dough sunflower oil TM Oleyna to make pancakes.

Onion peel and cut into medium-sized pieces.

Add to the onions, salt, dry ginger and Provencal herbs. Mix well.

Add sour cream and stir.

Shift the onions to the pan. Cover and simmer until tender over low heat.
