  • Buckwheat flour

  • Water

    80 g

  • Salt

  • Green olives

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Grind buckwheat into flour

Make dough, mixing for it products.

Formed from the dough sausage, cut into small pieces. Slightly presses on them with fingers.

Medallions boil in salted water. For the sauce, puree them in a blender with olives, garlic and lemon pulp, add the vegetable oil, sugar to taste.
