Farfalle with salmon
This is a very tasty dish. Tender, juicy, with a lovely creamy taste.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    200 g

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Wine white semi-dry

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Salmon fillet cut into medium-sized pieces.

Fry in a little olive oil on high heat for 1 min.

Add 2 tbsp soy sauce Kikkoman.

Fry for another 1 min.

Add the cream and wine, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 min.

Sprinkle cheese, grated on a fine grater, dried garlic. Optionally add salt and pepper.

Boil Farfalle according to instructions. Drain off the water. Add to sauce, mix thoroughly and slightly warmed.
