Mexican rancheros
I suggest you try a dish of Mexican cuisine. Delicious, nutritious and beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Parsley

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Cumin

  • Salt

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Parmesan

  • Pellet

Beans soak overnight and boil in the morning.

Prepare Pico de Gallo (the pico de gallo). It's a Mexican sauce. To do this, grind tomato, 1/4 onion and parsley. Add lemon juice and salt to taste and mix well.

The remaining onions finely chop. In a pan saute onion and chopped garlic with olive oil. For about 2 minutes.
