Cottage cheese casserole
This casserole is prepared with the addition of semolina and the result is a more dense and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Vanilla essence

    0.333 tsp

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cranberry

    1 handful

Cook semolina with 1 tablespoon sugar. Cool. I took the rest of the Breakfast cereal.
