Delicious. Don't really like to experiment with meat, prefer time-tested recipes, but really wanted to try a natural soy sauce "Kikkoman", which harmonizes well with meat, and the result did not disappoint my expectations.

Cooking
Prepare the required products.
Rabbit meat wash, cut into pieces.
Season with salt and pepper, folded into a bowl, set aside.
To make the sauce. For this onion cut into half rings and fry lightly in sunflower oil.
To the onions add the sugar, stir well and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
Peel the ginger and grate on a fine grater.
Pour in the vinegar, tomato juice, bring to a boil.
Add natural soy sauce "Kikkoman", stir.
Dissolve the starch in water.
To add to the other components in the sauce, stir well.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
The pieces of rabbit and fry on both sides in oil.
Pour sauce and put in the oven for 1 hour. Bake at 180 degrees. Pre-covered with foil.
Ready meat to serve with any side dish, I served it with rice, decorate on your own.
