Pasta with vodka
Home recipe "Russified" Italians took from one of my favorite books on Italian cuisine. And if there would be such, here it is: pasta in Russian!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    400 g

  • Brisket

    100 g

  • Tomatoes mashed

    100 g

  • Vodka

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Parmesan

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté chopped onions and pieces of bacon until Golden brown

Add to pan with vodka and tomato sauce. Season with salt and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Boil the pasta according to the instructions in plenty of salted water.

When pasta is cooked, put in the pan with the sauce, add the cream, mix well.

Serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
