Spaghetti with mushrooms, asparagus and spinach
Super easy, delicious, quick and easy to prepare... Italian pasta with mushrooms, asparagus and spinach.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    225 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Cream cheese

    170 g

  • Spinach

    240 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Asparagus

    250 g

  • Onion

    35 g

  • Parmesan

    100 g

In a pan heat the oil and sauté the mushrooms with garlic (about 5 minutes). Add the asparagus and cook for 2 minutes.

Then put into the pan the cream cheese and stir in the milk and cook, stirring occasionally, to boiling milk.

Then add the spinach and keep on heat for another 3 minutes until cooked spinach.

Add salt, pepper and season the sauce with the pasta. Mix and sprinkle on top the dish with green onions and grated cheese.
