Vegetable Udon noodles

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Leeks

  • Udon

    0.5 pack

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Sesame

  • Carrots

    1 piece

Wash and chop all of the ingredients.

In a pan pour 2 tbsp oil. Put the garlic, chilli and mushrooms. Cook until soft mushrooms. As the garlic is Golden brown, you can dismiss it.

Add to the pan the carrots, it is important not to marivate vegetables. They must be fresh.

Boil water and throw the Udon noodles. Salt is not recommended because soy sauce salt to share. To cook the Udon until Al dente.

When carrots are soft, add the bell pepper and leek.

Noodles rinse in a sieve under cold water and place in a frying pan to vegetables.
