Braised rabbit with apples and almonds
Rabbit meat is very delicate, very dietary and very tasty. I highly recommend everyone to include it in your diet.

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

    500 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Almond pour boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then rinse with cold water and clean from the husk. Onions finely chop
