Cooking
The dough for the muffins I cooked in a measuring Cup, it's more convenient to pour on the forms. Beat the eggs with the sugar until a light and fluffy (I use mixer).
Continuing to whisk, pour in vegetable oil (no smell) and yoghurt (without additives).
Add the chopped peel of one lemon, pour the sifted with the baking powder and the flour. Mix thoroughly.
Apples peel, remove core, thinly slice.
Fill muffin tin 2/3 full sprinkle the Apple slices, slightly pushing them into the dough. Bake in preheated to 180° oven 17-20 minutes (focus on your oven and size of tins) to a dry splinter.
The finished muffins to cool on a wire rack, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
