Steaks from grass carp
In one of his broadcasts something similar was prepared by Jamie Oliver. It was so appetizing that I decided to repeat and have not regretted. The fish turned out gorgeous!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    6 piece

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Chili

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Steaks wash and dry it.

Grind the cilantro, if chili pepper fresh grind it is also, if dry then pour so, add spices. Spices harmoniously Forester came to this marinade, they gave it additional flavor and freshness.

Pour in the olive oil, soy sauce and lemon juice. Stir and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes.

Coat the fish with marinade and put in the package. Put into the fridge for the night.

The fish put on the grill, all six steaks it is.

Roast on the coals, turning occasionally grill.
